All Tail & Thrive bowls are made to order in the UK.
Production Time
Every bowl is customised individually.
Production time: 1–4 working days
(Production times may extend slightly during peak seasons)
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery once dispatched:
1–3 Working days (UK)
Estimated Delivery Window
Order placed → Production → Delivery
Total: 3–7 working days
This is the standard timeframe for all personalised bowls.
Delivery Costs
We currently offer Free UK Delivery on all personalised bowls.
Behind the scenes, our items fall under Royal Mail’s “Small Parcel” category, but we cover this cost for you.
Paid upgrades may be available at checkout (e.g., 1st Class or Special Delivery).
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive together or in separate packages depending on the item types. Delivery charges (if any) are always based on the largest parcel size.
Delivery Partner
We ship through Royal Mail.
Parcels include delivery confirmation with GPS scan for proof of arrival.
Once the parcel is in transit, any delays caused by Royal Mail are outside our control, but we will always assist where possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a clear photo of the item and packaging.
We will arrange one of the following depending on the issue:
• Replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund
We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within 10 working days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail. Lost items will be replaced free of charge.
